How to make it

  • Rinse jalapenos to remove stray seeds
  • Fill jalapenos with cream cheese( I use a butter) knife, you may want to wear gloves, the oils can be painful!
  • Take one slice of bacon and beginning at top wrap around pepper, esp. cover the opening to prevent crm chs from oozing.
  • secure with toothpicks.
  • Grill over indirect then direct heat, as they will cause flare-ups.
  • Allow to cool, I glaze mine with BBQ sauce.
