Ingredients
  • Dressing: 3/4C Oil, 3/4C Catsup, 1T Worcheshire, 1 minced onion, 1/2C Sugar 1/3C Rice Vinegar
  • 1 bag Fresh Spinach
  • 3 Hard Boiled Eggs, diced
  • 1/2lb bacon, fried then diced
  • 1 can bean sprouts, drained
  • 1 can water chesnuts sliced and drained
  • *Additional ideas, cherry tomatoes or sliced starwberries

Directions
  1. Prepare dressing and Refrigerate a day before.
  2. Add Dressing right before serving.
