How to make it

  • I use an INDOOR Grill year-round
  • Grill eggplant slices on sprayed grill
  • Grill pepper slices
  • Set aside
  • In a cassorole dish line the eggplant slices on bottom
  • Place grilled pepper slices on top
  • Place tomatoe slices on the other veg.
  • Cover with Orzo pasta
  • Poor on Alfredo Sauce to cover
  • Place mushrooms on the sauce
  • Cover completely with the shredded Fontia cheese.
  • Bake at 400 degrees about 30 minutes till cheese is melted
  • Remove from oven to cool for about 15 minutes,then slice
  • Serve with warm rolls and a salad.
