Ingredients

1 small can crushed pineapple (do not drain)

24 large marshmallows

1 box lime Jell-O (small)

1 box cottage cheese (small 8 oz)

1/2 cup chopped nuts

1 box cool whip (8oz)

1 cup water

Directions

mix Jell-O, water and pineapple bring to a boil.

add marshmallows and let melt

let cool

add cool whip, cottage cheese and nuts

put in a mold and refrigerate to set
