Lime salad

- Serves 8
my great grandmother used to make this everytime we had a family get together
Ingredients
- 1 small can crushed pineapple (do not drain) shopping list
- 24 large marshmallows shopping list
- 1 box lime Jell-O (small) shopping list
- 1 box cottage cheese (small 8 oz) shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- 1 box Cool Whip (8oz) shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- mix Jell-O, water and pineapple bring to a boil.
- add marshmallows and let melt
- let cool
- add cool whip, cottage cheese and nuts
- put in a mold and refrigerate to set
