How to make it

  • Place mustard seeds and powder in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add water, vinegar, maple syrup, mix well to form a paste.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Taste, adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Store in airtight container.
