love bacon, cheese, and green beans so i put them together one day and my whoe family loved it and i hope you all will enjoy it also.

Ingredients
  • 3-4lbs. fresh snapped green beans
  • 2-3lbs. Bacon (Turkey bacon will work also)
  • 1c. American/Chedder Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1c.Mozzarela Cheese (shredded)

Directions
  1. 1.) Snap the fresh green beans, Boil them in a pot of salted water on medium heat for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Let stand.
  2. 2.) Cut bacon in half. Prepare baking sheet with foil. Take 2-3 green beans wrap them with 1 half slice of the cut bacon, plave each bundel close together on baking sheet.
  3. 3.)Preheat oven to 425 degrees bake for 15- 20 minutes to cook bacon. Pull them out of the oven place the cheese on top of the bacon and green beans turn oven down to 250 degrees while sprinkling cheese. back for an additional 5-10 minutes or until all the cheese is melted and gooey. Let stand for 5-7 minutes then serve and enjoy.
  4. *You can also use Turkey bacon and low fat cheese, to back with turkey bacon turn oven to 250 degrees for 10 minutes. so the turkey bacon doesn't become gummy. turn oven down to 200 degrees sprinkle with low fat cheese for additional 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.* Enjoy!
