Pizza Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

5- boneless pork chops

5- 1/2" slices of tomato

1/4 c chopped fresh basil

1 TB chopped fresh oregano

2 cloves of garlic - minced

5 slices of mozzarella

olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat grill

Place pork chops in a disposable pan

Top with slice of tomato, garlic , basil, oregano, salt and pepper.

Drizzle with olive oil

cover with aluminum foil

Grill over medium heat 25 mins

Top with mozzarella slices and recover with foil.

Remove from heat and let cheese melt 3-5 mins.
