A fun way to dress up a brownie mix.
Ingredients
- 12 graham-cracker squares shopping list
- 1 box brownie mix, prepared as directed on box shopping list
- 3 cups mini marshmallows shopping list
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/2 t vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan
- Line the bottom of the pan with a single layer of graham cracker squares
- In a large bowl, prepare the brownie mix
- Carefully spread brownie batter evenly over graham crackers
- Bake about 25 minutes, do not overbake
- Remove brownies from oven and immediately sprinkle with marshmallows
- Gently press marshmallows into hot brownie
- Return to oven and bake another 2 minutes
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and oil
- Stir over low heat until melted and smooth
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the marshmallows
- Cool completely
- Use a knife dipped in hot water to cut into bars
