I found this on the 'Net just in time for the summer. This recipe is for the new 1-1/2 quart no-ice freezers. Using Eagle Brand in place of sugar makes sure it's never gritty.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 2 cups whipping cream (or 1 cup cream and 1 cup fruit)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 can Eagle Brand
  • For chocolate ice cream:
  • add 5 Tablespoons unsweetened powdered cocoa
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar or to taste (we didn't add any)

Directions
  1. Thorougly mix Eagle Brand into other ingredients.
  2. Freeze according to directions with ice cream maker.
  3. Voila! Wonderful and easy.
