This is a very tasty dessert I've made it for years

Ingredients
  • 4 to 5 cups rhubarb
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 white or yellow cake mix
  • 1 small strawberry jello
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup water

Directions
  1. Spread rhubarb on bottom of pan
  2. Sprinkle sugar, then dry cake mix.
  3. Pour melted margarine over cake mix
  4. pour water over all.
  5. Bake 350 for 50 minutes
  6. Top with whipped toping
