Dill Sauce Recipe
This is the way I make a dill sauce to spoon over grilled, baked or fried fish.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup plain Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh Dill, or 1 tsp dried Dill
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/8 tsp bottled Hot Pepper Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • I don't usually Measure, But this should get you to a point to add or not.

Directions
  1. Combine sour cream, yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, and hot sauce. Stir in dill then add salt and pepper to taste. Blend well. Allow to stand at least 1/2 hour to blend flavors.
