Smiley Face Pancakes

My favoite way to start the day. When I cook I cook with love ~ but this is a lil fun I must admit !! Kids LOVE this.

Pre cook your Sausage Links and Patties.!!!!
Follow your packaged pancake directions to make 8 pancakes.
Heat a non stick griddle or large skillet.
I use a heat proof brush and brush a small amount of oil on the griddle.
Pour your pancake batter in a 8-9 inch circle- immediately place 2 sausage patties in the eye socket position
Immediately add three sausage links to make the smile.
For you Sausage hogs like me add a nose for either or :)
You will need a large spatula to assist you in floppin these flapjacks.
Cook on both sides but serve top side up.
I add butter AND Mr. Butterworths.
If you like Blondes add some scrambled eggs on the top for the hairdo................But most of all - .
