Pineapple Upside - Down Cake

- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon water (more if you needed) shopping list
- 1 can (8 ounce) pineapple slices (save juice) shopping list
- 1 box yellow cake mix shopping list
How to make it
- In an cake pan melt butter or margarine than pull out the pan from the oven, stir in the brown sugar and water.Arrange pineapples slices and set aside.
- In an mixing bowl follow the directions off from the cake.Use the pineapple juice to take the place of the water.Might need just an little bit of the water but not much.
- Bake in a 350o oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes.Loosen cake from pan; inverent onto a plate.Serve warm.

- Best use Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker cake mix.Do not use generic brand cake mix because it won't come out right.
- Best use Dole Pineapples slices, nothen else.
