Asparagus with Lemon Butter

- 2 bunches thin asparagus shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter shopping list
- 1/2 lemon, juice and grated peel shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Cut 1 T. of the butter into small bits and reserve.
- Preheat the broiler.
- Steam the asparagus just until done. Melt the remaining butter and mix with the lemon juice and peel. Salt to taste, and pour over the asparagus in a baking dish. Cover with bread crumbs and butter bits and broil until crumbs are nice and brown.
