Baked Potato Caserole Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Prepare potatoes as you would to make "baked potatoes"
  • In large bowl combine cream cheese, moz cheese, and sour cream. Mix well
  • When potatoes are done dice into bite sized pieces and line the bottom of a greased 9x13 cake pan with layer of potatoes.
  • Top with 1/2 crumbled bacon mixutre
  • Top with cream cheese mixture, try to spread it out evenly
  • Repeat the potato layer, bacon, and cream cheese
  • Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes then remove foil and bake 15 minutes uncovered.
  • Enjoy!!
