Asian Grilled Chicken

- 1/4 cup apple juice shopping list
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped shopping list
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger grated shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl combine apple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, parsley, ginger and pepper.
- Mix well then rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
- And chicken to marinade and turn to coat then cover and refrigerate two hours turning often.
- To grill place chicken 6" from white hot coals and brush with marinade.
- Grill 45 minutes turning and basting frequently.
