How to make it

  • Prepare thin roti’s/ chapattis and keep them aside, Then, take each individual roti, put it on the hot plate/ tawa, put the Soy filling in the centre and then fold both sides of the roti. Take it down and secure it in place with a toothpick. You can even envelope one side of the roll with food grade foil to prevent the filling from sliding out. Serve hot with mint chutney or a spicy pickle and make Tiffin times truly unforgettable.
  • PS: You can also use left over rotis.
