Grilled Shrimp and Cucumber Salsa

- 20 large shrimp peeled and deveined shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup minced cilantro shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
- cucumber salsa: shopping list
- 1 small cucumber peeled seeded and finely diced shopping list
- 1 plum tomato finely diced shopping list
- 1 green onion chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced cilantro shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sour cream shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon minced jalapeno shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
How to make it
- For shrimp mix all ingredients in medium glass bowl then cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
- For salsa mix all ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Arrange shrimp on broiler pan 6" from heat.
- Cook turning once until pink and cooked through about 4 minutes.
- Serve shrimp topped with salsa and garnished with cilantro sprigs.
