Enchiladas

- A package ( 1 lbs) of gorund beef- or ground turkey****** shopping list
- a jar of salsa verde shopping list
- a block of mozzerela cheese or about 2-3 packages shopping list
- a package of corn tortillas. shopping list
- 1 can crema of mushroom soup shopping list
- some olive oil shopping list
- 9x13 baking dish shopping list
- **** if you want a thicker meat mixture use to packages of beef or turkey*** shopping list
How to make it
- Heat up olive oil in a skillet on stove
- brown beef or turkey
- add cream of mushroom soup and salsa to meat.
- (it wont look very goo dbut it is delish)
- in oil add, one at a time, the corn tortillas, fry them only just a little, MAYBE 1 min on each side. you DO NOT want them crispy
- probably do about 10-15 tortillas..
- set tortillas aside to cool and drain of grease
- in the baking dish cover the bottom of the pan in tortillas.. then add a layer of meat mixture then cheese,
- then add another layer of tortillas, meat and cheese.. kepp doing this til your stuff is gone
- put in oven at 350 til cheese melts.. enjoy
