Chicken smeared with a combination of hone mustard & herbs

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp dill
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Directions
  1. Combine lemon, mustard, dill, ginger & rosemary in a small bowl. Place chicken between 2 peices of wax paper & pound to equal thickness.
  2. Put chicken in a shallow baking dish and cover with half of the sauce.
  3. matinate in fridge for 20 mins.
  4. Set oven to broil,
  5. Spinkle bread crumbs on top of ckn & broil for 12-15 mins ( til juices runs clear)
  6. In a sauce pan heat the other half of honey mustard to serve with dinner
