How to make it

  • For Beef (steak)
  • cover meat almost to the top with soy sauce
  • add remaining ingredients, mix until coated
  • let sit at room temp 10 minutes and stir/flip
  • 10 more minutes and beef is ready for the grill/broiler
  • cook meat to taste (rare, medium, well)
  • Hamburgers
  • *substitude soy sauce to 1/4 C for 2lbs ground beef
  • add ground beef into med. bowl
  • add all ingredients mix well.
  • cook meast through
  • note: olive oil does tend to flare on the grill, but keeps meat tender
