Cumin Roasted Potatoes

- 3/4 lb. baby red skinned potatoes shopping list
- 2 T olive oil shopping list
- 1-2 t cumin shopping list
- 1t kosher salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Halve the potatoes (or quarter them for consistent size) .
- Toss with olive oil.
- Add 1 t of cumin and mix by hand until well coated.
- Add more cumin as needed or desired.
- Add salt and toss to coat.
- Spread potatoes out onto baking sheet and place into oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Halfway through cooking time, toss potatoes and return to oven.
- Sprinkle with more kosher salt, if desired, and serve.
