Melanies Perfect Pumpkin Bread Recipe

How to make it

  • Grease two 9x5x3-inch loaf pans, OR 5 mini-loaf pans, OR 1 bundt pan
  • In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
  • Blend in the water and oil, and mix in the eggs.
  • Blend in the pumpkin, and optional pecans.
  • Divide batter between pans.
  • Bake at 350' for 1 hour - loaf pans (less for other pans listed) until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool in pans.
  • Loaves freeze well.
