I love so many cheeses, this is hard to say which one I love the most... Gambozola (bad spelling) is no. 1, I guess...lol

So many cheeses, so little time. I like to try new cheeses every so often, and maybe I'll find an excellent cheese. I agree that Havarti is a wonderful cheese. Try the Havarti with dill mixed in.
There is a brand name. I believe it is Andou. Spelling might be off. It is a soft cheese spread. It has a center stripe of sun-dried tomato and basil with two outer stripes of garlic and herb. Such a great cheese for spreading on ritz crackers.

Thought I had the spelling wrong! It is brand name Alouette, product name Elegante.
A layered gormet cheese with sun-dried tomatoes and garlic. Comes in a 6 ounce package and is over $1 an ounce in my neck of the woods. With basil, paprika and other spices mixed in. I can't stop myself from buying some if I see it in the store.

Kraft has its Philladelphia cream cheese line that includes flavored cheeses. It had a sample line of a sun-dried tomato flavored cream cheese that is just wonderful. Every store I go into, I ask them to stock the flavor. Having no good results so far.

Going to have to write to the company and ask what happened to the flavor. It was a huge hit with me.

Just finished a visit to kraft's home page. The sun-dried tomato flavored cream cheese is no longer in their product line. It must have not gone over well. I am going to be sad today.

I would have to say that my faavorite cheese would have to be either a aged, extra-sharp cheddar, or a smoked gouda.
