  yeah.. let me in here. i used to bake a good deal when good bread was hard to find. thank goodness there is a plethora of good artisian style bread availiable today. even in my small town of about 2500 people there are two bakeries turning out very good bread and baked products. even so.. there is nothing that beats a fresh loaf of bread on the dinner table. the wonderful smell of the loaf baking in the oven perfumes the house like nothing else. the next thing i aim to accomplish is a sourdough starter. thanks for forming this group.
