  Well folk's it's finally here. What are you going to do for dinner on this day for those in love? My hubby had to work last night and will have to work tonight so we will celebrate and make our own Valentine's Day this weekend.

  We are leaving to go out of town for a mini-vacation in the morning, so, we will be eating out for 4 days! Both of us working today, too, so, I am cooking tonight. Had another menu picked, but, have some chicken I need to use, so, having:
  Chicken Parmesan
  Italian Bread with Emeril's garlic butter (both posted)
  Tossed salad using whatever produce I have
  and I picked up some chocolate truffles for dessert.

  Sparow that dinner sounds great. My son took me out to Taco Bell today and John and I decided to celebrate tomorrow night. I am going to cook but don't know what yet.
