Whats your fave bread to make?

  There are so many bread recipes out there, we could have a new loaf made every day. From quick loaf breads, to the more complex requiring multi-risings, what is your fave to make and provide your family with good wholesomeness with?
  
  I really enjoy making bread, one reason is that I know exactly whats inside. Nothing against store brands, as I do enjoy my Arnold's multi-grain bread for sandwiches, but the smell of bread baking always is a winner.

  I see this is a group for bread machines. I don't have one, but I like making bread. If you'll let me, I'll post some hand kneaded bread recipes.

  POINTS..... all of the bread machine recipes that I have also has hand kneading directions.... I'll post both...
