I'm afraid the only things I can add are my Gorton recipe and my pea soup recipe, and that's not written down yet. Oh, yeah......pork pie, salmon pie, poutin too. Pretty basic French Canadian stuff.
All things the French-Canadians that settled here have contributed. Being this close to the border we have a large population here.

I'm sure I can learn a lot though! You must have as many different cultures contributing to the food there as we do here.
