Hello all!
I hope you're all having a good weekend.

It's around time for a late lunch here - I am doing some steamed salmon fillets with a simple mushroom stir-fry. Some salmon sandwiches are available too, as well as the regular coffee and OJ. Spike table is set up of course, Henrie, a hot toddy is available for you if you like! I have used that particular cold cure too - it's true, the only thing that brings any comfort when you have a stinker of a cold ;-)
Verna, how great to see you! How are you doing??
peeta, a treat to see you too! Glad the chiro is helping - kind wishes for your hubby too
Kimmer, how is life?
Ana, I hope you are catching your breath this weekend before launching into another work week! How did your cooking for freezing go?
Jett, I hope you;re getting some relief from your heel pain?

What's a-do everyone? Join us and give us your news! As usual the light will be left on and fresh coffee (and spike table contents) left out.

It is wall-to-wall sports for us today - Singapore Grand Prix, England v. India at cricket, soccer of course, and later Houston Texans @ Denver Broncos (Tom's team).

PS I was going through some old photos and came across this one of my cherished old Raleigh bike - it was a museum piece but it got me safely from A to B for many hundreds if not thousands of miles. I used to be fearless even in traffic, but I wouldn't ride a bike in the city now.

It is so so beautiful a day - wish I could have this weather for the other 264 days of the year I would be in HEAVEN ohhh nothing like the smell of the air and the mums that Jimmie just got and put in up in the front of the house .....so good!!
