We sold out tho cos I didn't want to run it by myself & our chef didn't want a partner. It was great while it lasted, tho .

Getting back to the comments regarding lack of coffee recipes I just found a good recipe yesterday for a coffee granita but I don't know how good the recipe is yet because I haven't made it.

Anyone interested in the recipe being posted?

And you are right, bean ! I WAS drinking up the inventory ! And loving EVERY minute of it ! LOL ! That's the only thing I miss about co-owning the shop !
