Chard

Okay, I get it, chard is in season. OKAY! I GET IT! Whooooh!
I've tried chard a couple of ways (listed below) but how else to use it? Any ideas?

Chopped and steamed with balsalmic vinegar
Boiled with pappardelle and dressed with butter and nutmeg
Minced and steamed, then mixed with cheeses, herbs, and mayo for a dip
    Small leaves in a salad
    Medium leaves on sandwiches
Used as a wrap for enchiladas with carnitas
    Chopped into winter soups

Oh, please, is there another way to do chard? I've got ANOTHER bunch...!

Make a swiss chard pie in phyllo dough like the Greek spanakopita or spinach pie.

I haven't posted it here yet...mainly becuase it's not my recipe. But go to my blog for a swiss chard and kohlrabi dish that was unbelievably tasty!!! It's listed with the sea bass. It's a Gordon Ramsay recipe which I kind of bastardized :)
