  Investment cooking is a phrase I learned from my friends here in the "Our Daily Dinner" group. Pretty much means making good use of your left overs so they never get passed over. Most of my lunches and breakfasts I fix for work days at WELBRO are the result of investment cooking. This week it features two dishes: Roast Pork Salad and Turnip And Bacon Frittata .
  
  Both of these beat the deli downstairs on taste, nutrition and most definitely price.
