    What a great idea for a group. I'm not a beginner cook but always had problems freezing corn & some other veges. Just coming here to check out the group I see super ideas for me to try out next time I buy corn on the cob. Thanks

    Actually, corn is EASY to freeze, even on the cob. Cook slightly, then package it in some of its own brine.


    wWhen ready to cook, reheat the corn cobs, original brine and all.
    You may have to add more liquid to the original brine, so please add some more water, salt, and a dash of sugar to heighten the flavor of the corn.
