    Healthy Spaghetti.
    Using all organic ingredients.

    Ingredients:
    Spaghetti Squash
Tomatoes, you can cut them, put them thru a juicer or both
    Garlic, cut up
    Basil
    Oregano

    Directions:
    Cooking Spaghetti Squash:
    Preheat oven to 350*
Cut your spaghetti squash in half, lengthwise.
    Remove the seeds.
Place the squash cut-side down, on a baking dish.
Use a fork to poke some holes in the squash skin.
Bake at 350* for 30 to 45 minutes until tender.
Remove the “spaghetti” from its shell by using a fork to scrape and separate the spaghetti squash from the outer rind. The squash strands actually look like real spaghetti.

    Spaghetti Sauce:
In frying pan, put in tomatoes, garlic, basil and oregano. You can heat it up or let it simmer for as long as you like.
Place sauce on top of Spaghetti from squash and serve.
