NEEDED: kids apple dessert recipe

    I'm in search of a kids apple dessert for my son's 1st grade class. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm new here, thanks!

    Ingredients
    6lbs. Golden Delicious apples
    1 1/2 qt. margarine
    2 qt. brown sugar
    1 1/2 cups molasses
    16 large eggs
    1 gal. all-purpose flour
    2 qt. whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup apple pie spice
    1 1/2 tbsp. baking soda
    1 gal. rolled oats
    1 qt. raisins

    1.) Core and chop unpeeled apples

    2.) Cream margarine and sugar until smooth; add molasses. Gradually add eggs; mix until blended.

    3.) Combine all dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture and mix until blended.

    4.) Add chopped apples and mix until evenly distributed.

    5.) Portion with #8 scoop (4 oz.) onto greased sheet pans (18x26x1 inch). Flatten to 1/2 inch thickness.

    6.) Bake at 350 F. 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on rack.


    Yields 100 servings!!!!
