I just made a Cranberry Nut loaf today with whole wheat flour (freshly ground flour) and fructose (since I'm diabetic) and it turned out wonderfully well. I love cranberries and cooking with cranberries and that's why I joined. Now I'm gonna go lookin' for a good cranberry jam! I've been buying a couple of packages of cranberries each week... and will continue to do so until they are gone from the stores after the holiday season.
