My Dad is/was like your husband

  Juels, my dad sounds like your husband. No matter what we had for dinner there had to be a green veggie on the table. He just turned 84 and I often credit daily greens to his long, healthy life.

  My husband also credits greens to getting his daily vitamins and helping his digestive system... how should I put this... be regular? He also claims it helps him loose weight, but then he gains it back by drinking beer.
