Block Part 2 Crockpots Are Cool Again

Thanks every one for your help with my cookers block. I have used up most all my meat. the last thing on my list that I have no clue what to do with is "boneless eye of round". its a huge 4lb cylinder cut of meat. i am sure i need to cut in half. oh and i think its beef.... hmmm wow help Please!!! lol

it is beef, just brown it, put it in your crock pot with a can of cream of mushroom soup and a package of onion soup mix. cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, serve with mashed potatoes or rice...
