    Bryan suffers terribly from this, and, I know there is no cure, but, I have also heard that many sufferers feel that diet plays a big part in keeping it under control. I have heard that red meat and refined sugar cause flare ups in some people.

    Do any of you suffer from this, and have any suggestions?
