    I've never had coon, but we have already caught two getting into our garden here. If we keep having trouble with them, I'm going to be mighty tempted to try one, though I probably wouldn't cook more than the back legs. The last one was too small for a family of eight, so he became fertilizer for a fruit tree! (Yeah, you heard right, eight...)

    Do I have to eat it cold?? Cold is how you serve leftovers, and I don't think there will be many with this crowd!
