  Thanks for starting this wonderful group. Sounds like so much fun! I am getting my ducks in order to begin posting some menus and pictures.

  It grew too big, too fast so to keep my health, I had to sell it.
  So, it would not surprise me in the least if some of us, in this Group, end up with very successful Businesses. How cool will that be!?!
  That's also why I picked the Fireworks Avatar. I think that this is going to be a lot of fun & a terrific source for research materials.
  And maybe, those of us who are 3000 miles apart will find a way to share the same meal, a glass of wine & chat with each other while we do so.
  Why not? Stranger things have happened in our lifetimes.
  So YEAH, I delighted that you think this'll be fun too.
