    hi there all, whats the reccommended way to freeze tomatoes? My canning days are behind me now! thanks.

    When using a frozen tomato, simply dip into very hot water for about 15 seconds, give it a gentle squeeze with the cut out facing away from the palm of your hand and the tomato pops out out of it's skin like a slipjack grape! A whole peeled tomato! Ideal for soups and stews etc.
