Miso

    Does anyone know the shelf life of miso. I've had some for 3 months and am not sure if I can still use it.

Most miso, unless a sell-by date states otherwise, can last up to a year. The grocer actually said that aged miso is a delicacy that can be aged for like, 7 years. So I wouldn't worry.
