  hello i need help with making a gf wheat free and soy free waffle? how do i do that?
  can any one here help me, its for my son he's 3yr old and he is allergic to: Wheat-Soy- egg whites.
  i have him on a GF/Wheatfree Diet.

  I have a waffle recipe on my recipe page as well as the recipe for Wendy's flour mix...
  press view all under my recipes and it's down at the bottom of my recipes..
  
  this will give you an idea.... you substitute 1/2 of a banana for 1 egg..
  
  I would add a little more baking powder to give them the 'lift' that the egg would give..
  
  I hope this idea works.... I haven't tried it... I can't have bananas !!
