I did a blue cheese dressing search and came up with the above. I did look at others and most are quite similar.
Does it look like what you've made in the past?

that was one of the recipes that I came up with also in my search.. The blue cheese dressing here doesn't have worcestershire sauce or dried mustard in it, so I didn't give her that one.. Piggs that might be the very recipe she's looking for..

    Blue Cheese Dressing :

    2.5 oz (70g) blue cheese
    4 tbsp buttermilk
    3 tbsp sour cream
    2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp vinegar (whatever kind you like is ok)
    1/4 tsp sugar
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Mash all ingredients together and refrigerate at least an hour or three for the flavors to come together. Then taste and adjust seasoning, buttermilk, and/or vinegar levels to your preference.

    4 oz. roquefort cheese
1/2 cup of good quality mayonnaise
    1/2 cup of sour cream
    1 garlic clove crushed
    1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
1 scant tablespoon of white sugar
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon of white worchestershire sauce
    2 dashes of tabasco sauce
enough milk to thin to your desired consistency

    Directions
Crumble blue cheese, or mash with a fork.
    I don't blend, I like it chunky
    Mix with remaining ingredients.
This must sit for at least two hours but I find it better overnight.
The next day, if it is too thick, thin with a little milk.
Kids like this blue cheese dressing because it isn't too tart.
