Baking challenge! Anyone have a good recipe for someone on an anti-candida diet?

  • pattycake 16 years ago
Here's the challenge - the baked good recipe should have NO:
gluten grains, sugar (including sweet natural sugars like honey, molasses, agave syrup, dried fruit...), artificial sweeteners, refined starches or ingredients, nuts, yeast (or fermentation), dairy

    - and should taste great!

I look forward to your responses :-)

Hi my son (and now I know myself and my 2 daughters) have Fructose Malabsorption, as soon as I saw your request I had to ask, have you been tested for FructMal many in our support group have candida issues which cause secondary FructMal, so if you are still having symptoms then check it out.
There are many people in the support group on your diet so someone there might be able to help with recipes, also many in the group have become experts in their own condition and so are a good source of info. After 2yrs I am sure you are too.
the support group is on Yahoo groups and despite the name it is international. fructose_malabsorption_australia
    Good Luck
