Hi! everyone,
Could somebody tell me how to fix my batch of hot pepper jelly . I followed the recipe to the letter (2 red peppers, 2 green peppers, 2 halepenos, 5 c. sugar, 1 pectin powder env., 1 cup apple cider vinegar). I sterilized my jars. The next day, the jelly had not gelled. Any suggestion on how I could fix it before I try other jelly recipes. Thanks for your reply in advance.

I couldn't wait too long for a reply so I did the same batch again, increasing the gelatine content and it worked. I then put together my own hot jelly recipe, Hot Mango, Cilantro and Pineapple Jelly. It is divine and posted on my page.
