blanching peaches

    My first attempt at blanching peaches. I was waiting for the skin to start to wrinkle just a little, just like tomatoes, before pulling them out of the boiling water. But after 2 minutes, did the pull.

    Two minutes is too long, for anyone trying to blanch peaches. Drop back to 30 to 60 seconds.
