How do you get out of a group?

  I've started two groups that have members who mistakenly joined, and now wish to be released as members of the group. I was sure there was a way for the moderator of a group to do that, but I can't find it. Also, I am a member of a couple of groups I'd like to quit. So, HOW DO YOU GET OUT OF A GROUP?
  
  I've written to the big cheese but get no reply.

  LOL! I don't think the big cheese is around here anymore...so I wouldn't count on ever getting a reply!
