Agilo E Spaghettispaghetti With Garlic And Oil

Another fantastic recipe by Manella. I have done this recipe as written several times on AR and family loved it.

This time I did a little tweaking. I only had a small amount of dry parsley so added some basil, oregano, onion (yes found some freeze dry red onion) and an assortment of grated cheeses. WOW it turned out fantastic and family loved it again. This shows how versatile this recipe really is. Thank you Manella.

Nadine, this looks like the recipe my Italian neighbor gave me that she called 'buttered noodles' because it uses butter instead of olive oil. Manella's right, it makes a quick meal on a night you don't really feel like cooking. And it's delicious to boot!
